Hier mein Solidaritätsbeitrag zur Verhaftung des Künstlers AI WEIWEI in China. Ich hoffe er labt noch und er wird bald wieder arbeiten und reisen und sein Engagement für mehr Rechte in seinem Land trägt Früchte. Ich ziehe meinen Hut vor so viel Mut!!

Es war ja mords spannend, aber ich habe verloren. Den  ganzen Nachmittag habe ich die Bundespräsidentenwahl verfolgt. Jetzt bin ich enttäuscht.

Was machen wir da eigentlich??

Ich muss zugeben, dass in den letzten Tagen die Berichte über die  neuesten Versuche das Bohrloch im Golf von Mexico zu stopfen an meinem Ohr vorbeigerauscht sind. Ich bin durch einen Hinweis (Danke, Alex!) auf diese Seite gestoßen :

Grässlich, ätzend und furchtbar. Furchtbar ist auch, dass man ja ständig mit Produkten aus Erdöl zu tun hat. Warum gibt´s denn verdammt noch mal nicht endlich erdölfreie Tüten und Verpackungen??  Und warum nehmen wir sie immer??  Warum fahren (hier in München besonders ) die Leute mit fetten BMW  X schlag mich tot  oder Porsches, die wahnsinnig viel Benzin verschlucken, herum ??

…is the german minister for defence. He is an aristocrat with a long title, a castle and an aristocratic composure. His style, his assertivness and the home stories in a couple of glossy magazines enchanted us oridinary people.  His fellow politicians from the CDU know why they elevated him from the last row into the limelight of the political stage in these dull times.

I am getting a little lazy with the english versions lately. What they are saying  is about this: “Let thy light come upon me”, says the kneeling guy (Christian Wulff) The Minister of Defence Count von und zu Guttenberg says that it seems to be a war in Afghanistan. Mrs. Merkel feels blinded by his shine and clearsightedness.

It´s still not clear how much damage liberal leader Westerwelle can do.

So, it seems our lady-chancellor Angela Merkel is not as happy with her coalition with the neocon FDP (liberal party of Germany) as she thought she would be. Does she feel tricked into eating the wrong cupcake?

The two leaders ( Franz Müntefering an Frank-Walter Steinmeier) of the succumbed party have no time left. They take their leave and their responsibilty. Will it be enough?

Now come the good times…

The neocon party (here you see its leader Guido Westerwelle) and the christian conservative party have won the german election. I do not know why people vote for exactly the ones who got them into the mess???

Pimp my candidate

After doing it to the conservative candidate Chancellor Angela Merkel. This is Frank-Walter Steinmeier the challenger from the SPD and some well-meaning persons who try to jazz up his appearance. Will it work?

 Oh that snarling puppy is boss of the very left Mr.Lafontaine who promises people on the billboards:”Riches for all!”  Thats sounds promising, doesn´t it?
